A capsule manufacturer needed to check 12 different outer diameters of 0# capsules on the production line. Their existing method: 12 separate ring gauges. Slow to use, bulky to manage, hard to track in a GMP cleanroom. They told us what they needed — we designed the solution.

Design — 2×6 hole array layout optimized for quick go/no-go inspection

Material — industrial ceramic: non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and sterilize, meets GMP cleanroom requirements

Tolerance — ±0.005mm per hole, matched to the actual capsule OD tolerance spec

4mm thin profile — challenging to machine without warping, delivered flat
