The Liport-PMA Zero-Point Clamp Series covers three core zero-point chuck series (D130, D90, and K20), as well as supporting MTS pull studs, zero-point pallets, and zero-point calibration blocks.
The entire series is made of high-quality stainless steel, uniformly achieving an ultra-high repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.005mm.
The working pressure is stably up to 6Bar; among them, the D130 series has a single clamping force of 15,000N, the D90 series has a single clamping force of 10,000N, and both support multi-specification designs with 1 to 6 clamping heads.
It is widely compatible with CNC, CMM, EDM equipment, as well as lathes and 4-axis machining centers. The supporting pull studs (locking/positioning/compensating types), pallets (with reserved customized holes), and calibration blocks (with pre-alignment and centering functions) can be modularly combined to meet the needs of precise clamping and efficient switching in various machining scenarios.
