Liport-PMA Quick-Change Connection & 4/5-Axis Positioning System
The Liport-PMA Quick-Change Connection & 4/5-Axis Positioning System is mainly made of surface-coated carbon steel. It includes D52/D96 quick-change plates, 4-axis auxiliary positioning tools, and D52 supporting pull studs, specifically designed for rapid switching and stable positioning in precision machining.
Among them, D52 quick-change plates are available in rectangular (150×116×27mm), square (120×120×27mm), circular with opening (Φ157×27mm), and double-sided vertical base types (180×120×120×25mm), with weights ranging from 2.5~13.8KG. D96 quick-change plates come in rectangular (192×150×27mm) and circular (Φ176×27mm) types, weighing 3.6~4.48KG. Both are compatible with H54/H90/H77 vises and zero-point positioning systems.
4-axis auxiliary tools include 180×135×90mm dual-purpose L-shaped blocks, and Φ168×150×25mm bridge plate L-shaped blocks/positioning plates, which are also compatible with vises and zero-point positioning systems. The supporting D52 zero-point pull studs (37mm×15mm×12mm) achieve precise connection between D52 positioning plates and D96 quick-change plates.
Overall, the system meets the needs of rapid switching of multi-specification workpieces and stable positioning in 4-axis machining.
