The Liport-PMA ER Inspection System and supporting accessories form a complete auxiliary system for precision machining. Its core components include zero-point reference bases, EDM centering tools, special fixtures, calibration and inspection assemblies, as well as supporting connectors. The entire series is mainly made of 420 stainless steel (hardness: 40~58HRC), compatible with EDM and CNC equipment, ensuring high-precision machining requirements.
Among them, the zero-point reference bases (available in specifications such as 52×52×61mm) have a concentricity of ±0.002~0.005mm, providing a stable reference for machining. The EDM tungsten steel ball centering rods (D2~D8 specifications) come in rigid/elastic types, requiring a 90° rotation to confirm accuracy after centering. The EDM special fixtures undergo vacuum heat treatment + cryogenic treatment, with a clamping concentricity of ±0.015mm and a locking force of 4000N.
Additionally, there are high-precision electrode calibration heads (equipped with tungsten steel probes, accuracy: ±0.001mm), manual/automatic pull rods (supporting robotic automation), chip-proof rubber rings, and multi-specification rubber brackets (supporting non-standard customization). The series forms a full-process support of “reference – centering – clamping – calibration – assistance”, helping improve machining efficiency and precision.
