The Liport-PMA 3R Series includes stainless steel chucks, brass chucks, positioning plates, as well as supporting pull rods and fixing brackets, forming a complete clamping and positioning system for precision machining.
Stainless steel chucks are made of 420 stainless steel (30~36HRC), available in slotted type (U15~U55), square type (S15~S40), and flat type, with specifications ranging from 54×54×42.3mm to 150×92×35.5mm. Brass chucks are crafted from national standard brass (100~110HB), covering the same full range of types and specifications as the stainless steel series. Both are equipped with corresponding positioning plates, featuring deburred and leveled edges, and protected by foam/sponge packaging.
Positioning plates are made of 420 stainless steel (40~44HRC), with specifications of 54×54×12.5mm and 70×70×12.5mm, fully precision ground without casting. Supporting pull rods are divided into manual type (Φ28×37mm, 420 stainless steel 18-LC) and pneumatic type (Φ28×57mm, 420 stainless steel 48~52HRC). ABS material pull rod fixing brackets assist in connection and fixation.
The entire series is compatible with CNC, EDM, and other precision machining equipment, balancing high precision and scenario adaptability.
