The Liport-PMA 3R Inspection System and supporting accessories form an auxiliary system for EDM/CNC precision machining. Core products are mainly made of 420 stainless steel (hardness: 30~36HRC or 48~52HRC), compatible with the 3R interface, balancing high precision and scenario adaptability.
Among them, the reference base (100×60×35.5mm) has a concentricity of ±0.002mm, providing a stable reference for machining. The 3R-D100 pneumatic electrode centering device is available in two specifications: 350×150×157mm (working pressure: 6kg) and 54×54×78mm (equipped with a D12 locking nozzle), with an electrode concentricity of ±0.015mm after damping. The special fixture for water inlets (170×56×56mm) is assembled with 54 pieces of 3M plates, specifically designed for water inlet discharge.
EDM tungsten carbide ball centering rods (D2~D8, height: 50~95mm) come in rigid/elastic types, with strong compatibility with the 3R interface. Additionally, there is a manual electrode adjustment component (D105×110mm). The entire series covers the full process of “reference positioning – pneumatic centering – special clamping – electrode adjustment”, helping improve the efficiency and precision of precision machining.
