Liport-PMA Full Series of Concentric & Self-Centering Vises
The Liport-PMA Concentric & Self-Centering Vise Series is mainly made of martensitic stainless steel, covering light-duty, medium-duty, heavy-duty, and self-centering categories. Specifically designed to “maintain consistent center positions for workpieces of different sizes” in precision machining, it is compatible with multiple systems and offers stable accuracy.
The entire series boasts a positioning accuracy of 0.01-0.015mm, a maximum torque of 40-70Nm (40Nm for HT54, 70Nm for most others), and an opening range of 0-260mm. It can be directly installed with EROWA, 3R positioning plates, D52/D96 quick-change plates, and zero-point positioning systems, balancing versatility and professionalism.
Among them:
- Light-duty models (HT54/HT90): Weigh 1.1-3.6KG, suitable for small and medium-sized workpieces.
- Medium-duty models (HT120/HT125): Weigh 3.3-8.92KG, meeting the needs of medium-sized workpiece machining.
- Heavy-duty models (HT168/DH180/DH250): DH250 has a net weight of 42KG and a maximum opening of 260mm, specifically designed for heavy-duty and large-sized workpieces.
- Self-centering series (H77/H450): Offer higher accuracy (0.01mm), compatible with manual zero-point positioning, weighing 2.5-4.3KG (H450 is a large-sized model).
Additionally, the entire series provides optional jaws including short jaws, high jaws, soft jaws, and combination jaws, catering to diverse clamping scenarios.
