The Liport-PMA ER Series, including positioning plates, stainless steel chucks, brass chucks, and supporting fasteners, forms a complete precision workpiece clamping and positioning solution.
Positioning plates offer multiple size options such as 50×50, 90×90, and 50×90. Crafted from high-quality materials or 420 stainless steel (hardness: 38~52HRC), they meet diverse fixture positioning requirements.
Stainless steel chucks are available in slotted type (U15~U50), square type (S20~S30), and flat type. Made of 420 stainless steel (hardness: 30~36HRC), their specifications range from 51×51×41mm to 150×92×29.2mm. Each chuck is equipped with a corresponding positioning plate, with deburred and leveled edges.
Brass chucks cover the same types and specifications as stainless steel ones. Constructed from national standard brass (hardness: 100~110HB), they cater to low-hardness clamping scenarios.
Supporting fasteners include hardened M5/M8 hex socket set screws and cup head bolts (Grade H8/H12), ensuring secure installation. The entire series is protected by foam or sponge packaging, widely compatible with CNC, EDM, and other precision machining equipment, facilitating the efficient operation of modular production.
