The LP-3R Series covers manual/pneumatic chucks and supporting pallets, serving as a modular clamping solution specifically designed for precision machine tools. Core products across the entire series are crafted from high-quality stainless steel with a hardness of 48-60HRC, featuring a stable working pressure of 6kgf/cm² and a clamping force range of 6,000N to 15,000N. It is compatible with CNC machine tools, EDM equipment (including EDM elbows), general digital display machine tools, and other scenarios.
Boasting a diverse range of chuck specifications, it offers multi-configuration options from 1-jaw to 9-jaw, and supports centralized air valve control (1 valve controlling 2/3/4 chucks up to 2 valves controlling 4/6/8 chucks). Additionally, rotary type and small compact models are available. The supporting D150 pallets are equipped with 3M pull studs, providing stable load-bearing assistance for the clamping system. Overall, the series balances the convenience of manual operation with the efficiency of pneumatic automation, meeting the precise positioning requirements of various precision machining scenarios.
